Test Center Saarbrücken
Quality of Solar Thermal Systems
In January 2003, the Solar Keymark was established as the European quality label for solar thermal systems. Due to the accreditation according to EN ISO/IEC 17025, the institute can offer the tests neccessary for obtaining the “Solar Keymark,” a widely accepted European quality label. It is awarded together with the DIN CERTCO and “DIN proofed” label and is applicable for solar collectors and entire solar thermal systems.
In May 2003, TZSB received the first test order for a complete certification – which has been followed by many similar orders meanwhile.
